Exhibition booths will be placed next to the session hall. They will allow participating companies to meet potential clients, as well as to present their products to an interested audience of specialists in biophysics and related research fields.
Besides exhibition booths, the exhibiting companies will be given the opportunity to describe their products in a plenary commercial presentation, which will be included in the conference program, with no competing events going on. The commercial presentation can be maximum 15 minutes.
The delegates of exhibiting companies will have to pay 1700 RON before June 15, 2022 and 1800 RON after June 15, 2022 (that includes those listed before and the conference registration fee) and are asked to fill out the Exhibition and Sponsorship Registration Form.

If you want to attend the gala dinner, you will have to pay an extra 200 RON.
Exhibiting companies will be offered the opportunity to publish one page of advertisement in a dedicated sponsorship section of the abstract book. Moreover, the conference web page will display a link to their web page, and, if they register before June 15, their logo will appear in abstract book.
